Please call our office to discuss the cost and removal of items other than normal household trash. We can suggest the best method of disposal and set up a schedule for removal.

Measurement and Placement

Dumpsters and roll-offs are measured in cubic yards, indicating how much debris they hold. Gaining an understanding of these sizes will help you select the right container for your project.

Please be as specific as possible as to the placement of the container. Make sure the delivery area is free of obstructions and overhead wires. Make sure the driving surface to and around the placement location is strong enough to bear the weight of a dumpster and truck.

Filling Up - Guidelines

Your roll off container should only be filled to the top of the dumpster. The driver needs to secure the load with a tarp for transportation. In the case of an overfull construction dumpster, dumping it could cause debris to fall out on the property.

Unacceptable Materials and Items:

Mattresses or box springs, freon, paint, propane tanks, no heavy material (concrete, bricks, and tile), dirt, hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, pesticides, flammable liquids, aerosol canes, motor oil, tires, appliances, electronics, microwaves, florescent tubes, medical waste, liquids, and asbestos. Clean fill (eg. concrete, bricks, dirt) can be handled separately. If you have a question about an item, please give our office a call.
